Press Releases

The public awareness campaign aims to reach a statewide audience and hit both state and local media. In order to achieve regional impact, template press releases will be drafted and distributed to individual agencies and regional groups so they can be localised and edited before being sent directly to local contacts. These press releases will be provided at specific points in each wave of activity and mirror what is being issued to statewide media. We want to ensure the campaign both reflects and meets the local need so are asking agencies to feedback information to ACWA – please let us know if there are any gaps in local carer pools and if you are planning information session or events locally.
