Payment Methods

ACWA accepts payment for its products and services by the following methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Direct Deposit
  • Cheque

Paying by credit card

ACWA uses Bendigo Bank to process online transactions and accepts the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • VISA

When you submit your online registration you will be taken to a summary page. From there use the Proceed to Payment button to pay for your registration using the Bendigo Bank online payment gateway. When your payment has been processed you will be returned to the ACWA web site.

Paying by cheque

When you submit your online registration you will be taken to a summary page. Please print this page and complete the remittance advice. Cheques should be made payable to "ACWA". Detach the remittance advice, attach your cheque and post to:

Paying by direct deposit

When you submit your online registration you will be taken to a summary page. Direct Deposits should be made to:

VERY IMPORTANT: When paying by direct deposit you must provide either a remittance advice slip or a reference so we can ideintify your payment easily. Acceptable references are

  • Invoice Number
  • Registration Reference Number generated by our website
  • Course Code and Participant surname

Please keep a copy of this form for your own records.

Invoices and receipts

The completed Registration Form is a Tax Invoice and a copy should be retained for taxation purposes. Receipts are not issued unless requested.

If registering online, services may request to be invoiced for training provided that a payment method has been nominated. Contact the Registrations Officer on 02 9281 8822 for more information.
