The Community & Family Services Directory was developed by ACWA in 1996 to provide an up-to-date searchable database relevant to the needs of individuals and families in the community.

While this was at the time pioneering work, we have not had the resources to continue to add to and update the thousands of records on the database. Most of the data is therefore several years old and many entries may be out of date. Because we are committed to services of a high quality, we have decided to withdraw the Directory from our site.

The NSW Community Services Directory operated by TRI Community Exchange had also ceased operation as the funding was withdrawn. However they have now started up again and have a NEW DIRECTORY on line at http://directory.ngo.net.au/

Community services agencies in NSW that register with HSNet can access the Servicelink Directory at HSNet. Others wishing to access an online directory where you can search for community services should go to the Parenting Services Directory run by DoCS.
