In a study on workplace learning just released by LinkedIn, leadership was identified as the most important skill for employees to learn. This was closely followed by communication and collaboration. The report identifies that “the pace of change is fuelling demand for adaptable, critical thinkers, communicators and leaders”.
ACWA’s Community Leadership Program (CLP) is designed to build these skills in yourself and the emerging leaders of your organisation. During this eight-month program, participants will learn how to be an adaptive leader, apply the principles of neuroscience to increase the leadership skills of yourself and your team, and receive individualised coaching to assist you to embed these skills into your work.
