Under a joint initiative between ACWA and FACS a total of twelve forums exploring the interface between the NDIS and OOHC were convened across NSW – from Albury in the South to Ballina in the North and Broken Hill in the West
These forums were well attended and ACWA would like to thank everyone that participated.
As a child or young person’s representative, caseworkers will be responsible for undertaking a number of actions throughout the NDIS access, planning, monitoring and review process, so it is important the sector is kept well informed of their responsibilities to ensure the best possible supports are in place for children and young people in out-of-home care.
